Start Anytime – No enrollment fee – join at any time. (1) – First month is prorated so your child will begin at the next scheduled class.
Monthly Tuition – Billed on the 1st of each month and covers 4 weekly classes. – Some months may have a 5th bonus class at no extra charge—this class may be used for instructor absence or cancellations.
Missed Classes – No refunds or makeup classes for absences, holidays, or school closures. (2)
Cancel Anytime – Simply email us at least 7 days before the next month begins. (1, 3)
June is FREE! (4) – Any classes in June are free and available only to children who attended previous months. – June classes are scheduled as needed.
Details – Monthly Billing
(1) Cancelling and rejoining in the same school year will incur a reenrollment fee of up to $80. This is waived only for the exception of documented physical injury which prevents participation in our classes. There is a 3 month minimum participation before you may cancel.
(2) There will be no class held on days when school is closed due to weather or school events. The 5th bonus day and free June will serve as extra days to account for closures.
(3) If you cancel within the last 7 days of the calendar month, you will be billed for the following month, and cancellation will be effective in the month afterward. We must to maintain accurate lists for the schools and instructors, and can not process cancellations within the last 7 days of the month.
Example: Cancel email sent on November 26 (within last 7 days of month)
You will be billed December 1
Child will attend December classes
Cancellation is effective January 1
You will not be billed for January and child will not attend
(4) Children registered as of May 1 will attend any June classes FREE of charge. Head To Toe will add classes as needed at our discretion in June to account for excessive missed classes.

Cancelled Classes – In the case of missed lessons due to instructor cancellation, we will schedule a make up lesson. For weather related closings, we will make all attempts to make up missed lessons and material.
Child Absences – Unfortunately, we can not provide credits or refunds for child absences, sickness, or vacations.
