Programs run by Head To Toe are active and physical programs, children should wear appropriate clothing for physical movement and activity. All classes are held within the safety and convenience of your child’s school, not in a bus or any other type of vehicle.
You are welcome to enroll in class at any time, please contact your local program director for a prorated rate. In the case of missed lessons due to instructor cancellation, we will schedule a make up lesson. For weather related closings, we will make all attempts to make up missed lessons and material. Refunds are determined and approved on a case by case basis, however if our class is not a good fit for your child we will always refund the unused balance.
By participating in our programs you understand that there are certain risks of injury and you are willing to assume these risks. You confirm that your child is capable of participating and that he/she is in good physical condition. You waive, release, and hold harmless Head To Toe, its principals, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability or injury that can be incurred by participating in the programs.
We take your privacy very seriously. Photos taken and distributed via email or digital photo frame in your center are used only for the families of that particular center, unless full photo/video release is given. Parent Portal is a password protected page where photos of your child and their classmates, and class information is posted. To request removal of any photos or material please contact us. We request that you do not copy or share any of this material without prior consent from Head To Toe. We will not publicly use any photos without having record of release. We do not share any personal information with 3rd parties under any circumstance.
Cancellations & Exchanges
All requests for cancellation or exchanges of classes or merchandise must be made in writing through email to Head To Toe to your program manager or to our general inbox at email@example.com. Requests made over the phone or other channels must be followed up in writing via email to be considered valid. For merchandise returns and exchanges, a photo of the item is necessary prior to the request being accepted.
If your child will not attend class or doesn’t like it, we will attempt to bring them for 2-3 weeks to acclimate, however if they do not acclimate we will issue a credit for the unused classes. This will be done in the form of credit for future classes, or a refund to the original payment method.
We attempt to process cancellations and exchanges as quickly as possible, however this process may take up to 15 business days.
