– Gymnastics Classes include aerobics, music, stretching, games, gymnastic skills, rewards, and more!
While many programs allow the children to run freely, Head To Toe’s structured multi-sport program teaches children crucial skills in a comfortable, safe, and effective learning environment. We find that our students focus and learn better though an alternating multi-sport program. Children learn and refine the fundamentals of Soccer and Basketball—dribbling, passing, trapping, shooting and more. Our lessons will alternate each week between Soccer & Basketball.
We’ll learn and experience the fundamentals of both Soccer & Basketball. Our classes teach children teamwork and build positive group interaction. We’ll utilize cones, ladders, portable goals, and basketball hoops to help children have fun while learning.
Our Gymnastics program offers a multifaceted introduction to gymnastics and all-around physical fitness. We utilize wedges, balance beam, bars, obstacle courses & more.
We set up mats right inside the classroom, and cover basic gymnastic skills using mailboxes, wedges, balance beams, high bars, springboards, and more. Our games and equipment help develop hand/foot eye coordination, as well as enhance and maintain gross motor skills. These are all crucial skills to improve at an early age. Physical therapists have recommended our classes for the children they work with. Parents as well as teachers have noted the difference our program makes in their development
